In Conan O’Brien’s final comments to viewers last night, the comedian thanked his fans for their support and – despite a protracted and ugly negotiation – gave a shout-out to NBC, his home for more than 20 years. I think it’s rediculous that Conan never got a real chance to make the show his own, all because the bigwigs at the network decided to move him to a later time slot and he refused?  Although, a big settlement check of around $40 mil. isn’t so bad either.

I think it’s rediculous that Conan never got a real chance to make the show his own, all because the bigwigs at the network decided to move him to a later time slot and he refused?  Although, a big settlement check of around $40 mil. isn’t so bad either.
